Fortunately we had 3 days to recover from the time difference..

On the other hand we always have the head in Vietnam, difficult to come down from our cloud after this magnificent stay.

We liked everything about this trip: The circuit, which allowed us to discover varied and sublime landscapes, the rhythm, quite quiet, with very pleasant bike rides. We keep a particular memory of our first bike ride in Mai Chau. It was 39 degrees, but we had the chance, thanks to Thai, to meet local people and it was great! A kayak trip in Halong Bay...

The guides were very nice and we were able to talk with them for a long time about your country, its traditions, its history, the daily life of the Vietnamese; It is exactly what we were looking for in terms of human contact. We learned much more than in the paper guides.

The hotels were all very good (the last one was just sublime and no French with us), with a favorite for the staff of the hotel in Hue, extremely friendly and attentive.

Travelling by night train is an experience you must have! Then you don't have to worry about turbulence on the plane.

Only "negative" point: Tam Coc, too westernized. We had lunch in a restaurant that reminded us of the Vietnamese restaurants we have in France.

On the other hand, we really liked Hue and Hoi An.

In short, since our return we only talk about our trip. I have a colleague who seems very interested in a trip in 2 to 3 years (for his retirement)...Of course I will pass on your details and I will recommend your agency to everyone, for your seriousness, punctuality and respect of the program, your professionalism and especially your kindness.

The resumption of work was done gently with a lot of fatigue.

The trip went very well thanks to your impeccable organization.

The hotels were very good just a little noisy but that's Vietnam.

The language barrier limited us in our exchanges with our hosts, it's a pity these people welcomed us with a lot of kindness but the help of our guides does not replace a direct conversation.

We are good walkers, a few more walks would not have displeased us, but all the activities were exotic.

This trip from north to south allowed us to discover the differences and similarities of the different regions. We liked the north very much despite the cold and overcast weather. The kindness and friendliness of Anh, our guide, is certainly a factor, and Diep, our driver, was also remarkable. We don't have their contact information so can you thank them again.

As promised, I'm sharing a few thoughts with you after our trip, which I hope you'll find useful for future customers.

First of all, thank you for this wonderful trip, we discovered your country with sublime landscapes, the people are kind and welcoming and the food is excellent.

I'm sharing my personal feelings with you and my husband will do the same for him, as we don't always feel the same way.

As for the 3-week duration, it's very good to do Vietnam in its entirety and see the essentials.

The program you drew up for us was perfect in terms of pace, my only regret being the day we left with nothing, because we didn't have to get to the airport until 4 p.m. and the wait was quite long. As it happens, given the incident we had with the cancelled flight, we were glad to be able to get to the airport earlier.

The visits were well chosen and we learned a lot.

It's a real enrichment to discover a culture other than your own.

The guides spoke good French and some had excellent knowledge, answering all our questions.

They were all very attentive to making sure that everything went as smoothly as possible and were very responsive when we had minor incidents.

The hotels were comfortable and welcoming. The 2 I preferred were Hanoi and Saigon. For the latter, it's interesting to know that even-numbered rooms are noisier at night than odd-numbered rooms.

We also had a very nice cabin on the junk.

Living with a family is a very interesting experience, and I particularly appreciated the Bac Ha family who shared their evening meal with us.

I've already mentioned the dormitory, which isn't a problem in itself, but it's best to be aware of it when booking.

The all-inclusive travel system is really practical, as it's not always easy to estimate expenses for a country you don't know.

I think I've covered everything, and I'd like to thank you once again for helping us discover this beautiful country of Vietnam.

Please know that we won't hesitate to call on you again when we visit Cambodia and Laos.

Dear Uyen ,

Thanks for your WhatsApp message.

Our return to Paris went well.

It took us a few days to get back into the rhythm of life in France, because in 2 weeks in Vietnam we saw and experienced so many different and beautiful things. And the weather wasn't the same either!

We really enjoyed the varied tour.

On the other hand, we regret having planned visits on the 1st day as we were extremely tired after the flight (but of course it's not your fault).

On the Mekong, it would have been nice to see a floating market, but we know it's difficult to see everything.

I'd also like to comment on a restaurant where our Kinh guide took us for lunch in Hanoi on 6/03. We didn't really like it because it wasn't very clean, including the toilets.

Regarding the journey to Lao Cai, it seems to us that one of the journeys could be made by bus by road, as 2 nights on the train are quite tiring, but this is just a suggestion.

Otherwise, the hotels (especially the Silk Village in Hoi An) and restaurants were very good.

We didn't like the big tourist restaurant, Quan an Ngon in Saigon, very noisy and not so good.

The guides were all very friendly and knowledgeable, and the drivers very friendly too.

We had a great time and would like to thank you for your organization and kindness.
